BETDAQ is the oldest surviving alternative to Betfair and still trades meaningful volume on UK and Irish horse racing. Commission is lower than Betfair's standard rate, which suits high-turnover racing traders, but liquidity outside racing and top-flight football is thin. It is a betting exchange rather than an event-contract exchange, so markets are sports-only.
